I take it daily and feel fantastic. I favour this brand for its absence of unnecessary ingredients, particularly avoiding magnesium stearate.

It helped with ledderhose, so it may assist you too! NAC offers numerous health benefits, such as detoxifying the kidneys and liver, boosting brain health by regulating glutamate, and stabilising blood glucose. I read research indicating it may help with nodules under the foot (ledderhose/planta fibromatosis), so I decided to try it. After six months of this and some topical magnesium, the nodules are shrinking and less sensitive. I will continue to use it to see how far it can assist me. Life Extension produces a supplement with minimal fillers and a good dosage at a competitive price. Highly recommended!

My friend has tendinitis, and his fingers tremble inexplicably. After consulting a doctor of Chinese medicine, he learned that his blood supply was insufficient.
