NAC offers numerous health benefits, such as detoxifying the kidneys and liver, boosting brain health by regulating glutamate, and stabilising blood glucose. I read research indicating it may help with nodules under the foot (ledderhose/planta fibromatosis), so I decided to try it. After six months of this and some topical magnesium, the nodules are shrinking and less sensitive. I will continue to use it to see how far it can assist me.
